Mega Holidays Pty Ltd (ACN 160 646 480 | ABN 50 160 646 480) trading as Direct Flights is a licensed travel agency. We have been operating since 2012 and are proudly 100% Australian owned.

We provide you with Booking and Advisory Services that allow you to acquire a travel product/service from a Travel Service Provider. We act as an agent for the Travel Service Provider. By acquiring Booking & Advisory Services from us, you agree that you are subjected to both these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the Travel Service Provider relating to the travel service/product. Our obligation to you is to, which is upon your confirmation, make travel bookings on your behalf with Travel Service Providers. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage, cancellation policy and limitations of liability, imposed these Travel Service Providers providing you with the travel service/product.

 

1.0 BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On making a booking online, or when making a booking over the phone or by email, you are deemed to be 18 years old or older and to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all travellers named on the booking. By proceeding with the booking, you hereby agree that you have the authority to make the booking on behalf of any other traveller/s on the booking and that our terms and conditions are provided and agreed to be bound by the provisions of our terms and conditions and other Travel Service Providers booking conditions by electing you to book on their behalf.

You are solely responsible for:

a) assessing the suitability of any Travel Products for your needs; and

b) all matters relating to complying with the laws and regulations of all immigration authorities of the countries you travel to and from.

The service we offer is common to agency relationships where we act as an agent to sell various travel related products and services on behalf of an Airline, Hotel, wholesalers in travel insurance and any other Travel Service Providers for your booking. Any services we provide to you are collateral to that agency relationship. Our obligation to you is to (and you expressly authorise us to) make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and Travel Service Providers. We always ensure to provide you with reputable service providers, but we have no control over, or incur liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including limitations set, by these service providers. Terms and conditions of the relevant service provider can be offered to you on request. Your legal rights in connection with the provision of travel services are against the specific provider (except fault on our part). Specifically, if for any reason (excluding fault on our part) any Travel Service Provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your rights are against that provider and not against us. We also act as a merchant, where we receive payment directly from you at the time of booking

 

2.0 PASSPORTS & VISAS

As an international traveller, you must ensure that you have a valid passport and visas to meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. It is assumed that all travellers on the booking have a valid passport and visa. Any charges imposed (fines, penalties, payments or expenditures) on the unavailability of aforementioned documents or documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. For more information, you can contact an external visa provider such as Visa Central directly. We recommend that you check for information on the passport and visa requirements for the countries you will visit at Smart Traveller or the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) . We do not warrant the accuracy of information provided by any external service and accept no liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer in reliance on it.

 

3.0 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Travellers must ensure to have all the necessary travel documentation to travel such as passport, visa, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tours voucher and/or any documentation used to confirm the arrangement with a Travel Service Provider. The travel documentation may be subjected to certain conditions and restrictions, which includes whether the product/service is refundable, changeable and subject to cancellation or amendment charges. Travel documents are not transferable, therefore it is important that the issued name on the travel documents are correct and matching. If the name is incorrect and do not match, the product/service may be denied and subject to additional cost to make amendments. You must retain these travel documents whether in electronic or physical form for the duration of the travel. Not having the correct or missing travel documents will be subject to additional costs at your own expense.

Once you have received your travel documents, please take your time to review all details to make sure it is correct. Please ensure all travellers have the most up-to-date version of the travel documents as the travel provider have the right to amend their schedule.

It is also important that all travellers cross-check baggage allowance prior to travel for all parts of your travel as it varies across all Travel Service Providers. Excess baggage will be an additional cost at your own expense.

It is your responsibility to review all details of your travel documents and have them prior to your travel. We are not liable for any additional costs associated with change, cancellations or penalities.

 

4.0 PRICE & TICKETING

Travellers accept that prices quoted via our website, email or phone are subject to change without notice given Travel Service Providers increases in cost for product or service. Such increases may be a result of currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increase.

Prices are not guaranteed until your ticket is issued and payment has been received in full. The Travel Service Provider may cancel service and withdraw a price without prior notice. In this instance, we will work to provide you with the next alternatives.

We might request proof of payment receipt before we issue your ticket. Please see further information in Payment Verification.

Airfares and prices are generally quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of applicable taxes, however, final airfares and prices are subject to change until final payment is paid. We may quote airfare and prices in other international currencies from time to time.

Airfares and prices include airport taxes, port and handling charges or other charges when stated and are always subject to Airline/ Supplier availability. Airfares and prices can be withdrawn or varied without notice and are quoted subject to change. Airfares, prices, Airline/Supplier availability, Airline taxes, fare conditions and a class of travel can change at any time up to the time of final payment. Routing restrictions and other special conditions may apply. Airfares and price changes may occur for reasons outside of our control, and which can increase the cost of a product or service, including currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and tax increases. Prior to finalising your booking, we will confirm with you the up-to-date prices.

An electronic version of the ticket – E-Ticket will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your receiving a Booking Confirmation email from us. Please check your Junk/Spam mail as well.

 

5.0 FEES, COMMISSIONS AND FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

We may receive a commission, fee, rebate, gifts or financial incentives from Third-Party Providers, in respect of your booking. Any commission, gift, fee, rebate and/or financial incentive received by us from Providers in relation to your booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Such merchant card fees, commissions or any financial incentives charged or received by Direct Flights from Travel Service Providers as part of the booking is non-refundable. Due to the industry sensitive agreement with Travel Service Providers, we are not required by law to disclose the value of these financial arrangements.

 

6.0 PAYMENTS

You agree that after payment has been directed to Direct Flights you will not:

a) Reverse or cancel a payment without Direct Flight’s prior written consent

b) Resell the services, travel products or any other products and services accessed by means of the services.

6.1 PAYMENT METHODS:

You agree that surcharges are applicable for credit and debit card payments.

Credit & Debit Card :
  • 1.25% applies to all banks issued Visa Credit and 1.25% Visa Debit cards.
  • 1.25% applies to all banks issued Master Credit and 1.25% Master Debit cards.
  • 1.75% applies to all banks issued AMEX Credit and 1.75% Master Debit cards.

All merchant fees are non-refundable. Merchant fees waived under any promotions by Direct Flights are also non-refundable in the event any change or cancellation is applied.

Payments by Poli will not incur any additional fees.

7.0 PAYMENT VERIFICATION

To safeguard your credit card transaction against unauthorized use, we may ask you for payment verification from the cardholder if one or more of the criteria below apply to your booking.

  • Urgent departure within 72 hours.
  • The credit cardholder name is different from the passengers’ name.
  • One way booking.
  • A booking that equals $5000 or greater.
  • Overseas Credit Card and/or departure outside of Australia.

Any other criteria that may appear questionable and we would require further clarification.

Direct Flights reserves the right to cancel any booking that appears fraudulent without any notice. We would cancel the booking and refund the money to the cardholder.

We may request for Photo ID or a screenshot of the proof of payment from the cardholder to verify that they have authorized this purchase. We do this to protect you as the consumer and us from any potentially fraudulent activity.

If you receive a phone call or an email requesting one or all of the above to verify your payment, please action within the same day. If you are unable to provide to us on the day, we make the request, please contact our office promptly and let us know.

If we are unable to contact you and we receive no response from you, we reserve the right to void your ticket and/or cancel your booking. We would return your payment subject to our change and cancellation policy.

During this verification process, if there is a fare increase, we cannot honour any fare increase to the original quoted price. We will return your payment should you choose not to accept the fare increase.

For urgent departure within 72 hours, please respond to our request immediately. We will not issue your ticket or reserve your booking until all requested documents are received.

 

8.0 CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Any change, cancellation and service fees, notified to travellers reflect the reasonable, direct and indirect costs, time and effort incurred or involved in us providing booking, managing, processing and advisory services on traveller/s behalf on traveller/s booking.

We understand that you may change or cancel your booking and will endeavour to accommodate your request in reasonable circumstances and subject to any applicable Travel Service Provider terms and conditions, Travel Service Provider fees and necessary Direct Flights fees for the request per adult and child.

In the circumstances that you are eligible for travel credits or vouchers as part of the Travel Service Providers’ terms and conditions, Direct Flights may offer you the credits or vouchers subject to the refund and credit policy in Clause 9 below.

For non-refundable bookings, if you cancel any aspect of your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund, travel credit or other remedies from the Travel Service Provider and/or Direct Flights.

8.1 IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

You, or any travellers on the booking may cancel the booking at any time subject to the change and cancellation policy of the Travel Service Providers. Written notifications from the lead name on the booking must be received before our team will action any requests. Since we incur costs in cancelling the booking, Direct Flight’s service fees will be applicable in Clause 8.4.

8.2 IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

If after we have issued your booking, you wish to change your booking in any way, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible given the terms and conditions of the Travel Service Providers and its possible changing nature. Any request for changes to make must be written from the lead name. You will be asked to pay a service fee of 155 AUD per ticket and any further cost we incur in making this alteration (including those charges by the travel service supplier and our third party suppliers who provide components parts of your booking). You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date and you should contact us as soon as possible.

8.3 TRAVEL SERVICE PROVIDERS CHANGE AND CANCELLATION FEES

Changed or cancelled bookings for any reason (including by reason of matters outside your or our control) except in unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances may also incur Travel Service Provider fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced subject to the Travel Service Provider terms and conditions which travellers agreed to be bound to as part of the booking. Travel Service Provider fees may also apply where a booking is changed for any reason and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a Travel Service Provider change or cancellation fee for any booking which is changed or cancelled for any reason, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee. Where you seek a refund for a changed or cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the Travel Service Provider, we are not able to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that Travel Service Provider (which may take 60-90 days, or longer, dependent upon the supplier processing time). These Travel Service Providers fees will be payable in addition to any Direct Flights change and cancellation fees.

8.4 DIRECT FLIGHTS CHANGE AND CANCELLATION FEES

Should you need to cancel your flight, you need to give us written notice at least 72 hours before your departure flight.

Any cancellations to domestic and international bookings will incur a service fee of 222 AUD per adult, 175 AUD per child in addition to Travel Service Provider and non-refundable merchant fees. Where we incur any liability for the Travel Service Provider cancellation fee for any booking which you change or cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee and any non-refundable merchant fees.

Date Change / Routing Change after a ticket is issued:

When fare conditions permit, changes can be made with some fees. Our service fee is 155 AUD per ticket. In addition to this, the Airline will also have fare and tax differences and re-issue fees. Upon request, we would check and advise you before proceeding.

Name Correction after a ticket is issued:

When correction is permitted by the Travel Service Provider, our fee is 155 AUD per ticket plus Travel Service Provider fee. Upon request, we would check and advise you before proceeding. Name correction within 24 hours of departure or over the weekend will incur an urgent fee. Please check with us. Travel Service Provider may treat name changes and route and/or itinerary alterations as FULL CANCELLATION and can incur full cancellation charges. We will outline all the associated fees so you can review them before making any changes.

If you wish to make an enquiry on date change or cancellation to an existing booking, please contact Direct Flights during business hours, Monday to Friday. For over the weekend/public holidays or for changes within 48 hours of departure, please contact the Airline directly for assistance.

8.5 NO SHOWS

You agree if you have a booking with a Travel Service Provider and fail to show up to check-in or otherwise do not avail yourself, you will not be entitled to any refund from the Travel Service Provider and Direct Flights. Additionally, the Travel Service Provider may automatically cancel or subsequent service/products.

If rebooking is permitted by the Travel Service Provider, our fee is 155 AUD per ticket plus the Travel Service Provider fee, which would include a No- show penalty, reissue fees and fares and taxes difference per person.

8.6 FORCE MAJEURE AND UNAVOIDABLE OR EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES

Direct Flights as the agent and merchant will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accidents, riots, the threat of war, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, natural catastrophes, government acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, travel restrictions, industrial dispute, national strikes, nuclear incident, fires, explosions, generalized lack of availability of raw material or energy.

In the event, a force majeure and unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances apply, it will affect your booking entitlement subject to the Travel Service Providers’ terms and conditions and trigger a change or cancellation action from the Travellers for any applicable entitlements to be carried over. Such change or cancellation actions will be subjected to the fees mentioned in Clause 8 above except in financial hardship circumstances.

 

9.0 UNAVOIDABLE OR EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES

You agree and accept in the event of unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances, a Travel Service Provider may materially modify or cancel your booking as set out below. It is your obligation to notify Direct Flights prior to the schedule booking commencement date of any changes, cancellation, credit and refund request otherwise you understand that Travel Service Providers will deem the booking a no-show if a refund/credit is not sort after. No-show event and fees will be applicable and the Travel Service Provider may see that you have forfeited the booking despite the circumstances.

9.1 CHANGE AND CANCELLATION DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE OR EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES

Any changes and cancellations due to unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances will incur a reduced service fee of AUD 110 per ticket in addition to Travel Service Provider and merchant fees for rebooking, managing, processing and advisory services on traveller/s behalf on traveller/s booking in such circumstances. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee for any booking which you change or cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee. Should you need to cancel your flight, you need to give us written notice at least 72 hours before your departure flight.

9.2 FINANCIAL HARDSHIP/COMPASSIONATE AND COMPELLING CIRCUMSTANCES

Direct Flights may consider travellers’ circumstances eligibility to have reduced/waivered service fees in the event that financial hardship/compassionate and compelling circumstances can be put forward consideration by either the Travel Service Provider or Direct Flights. The traveller/s agree that for any reduced or waiver service fee, he/she must provide reasonable documents and or supporting material that shows that financial hardship had or will be experienced in the near future for such consideration to be taken into account. Travellers understand that it has financial arrangements arising out of its booking to Direct Flights and as such fees in circumstances that fall outside of the reasonable financial hardship/ compassionate and compelling circumstances will be subject to the service fees in Clause 8 above. In the event that the Travel Service Provider rejects any eligibility for financial hardship or compelling circumstances.

Given upon the acceptance of the booking, you had agreed to be subject to the Travel Service Providers’ terms and conditions, any rejection under the financial/ compassionate and compelling circumstances is at the Travel Service Providers discretion. Direct Flights will make a submission based on the information and documents provided by you to the Travel Service Provider.

 

10.0 REFUND AND CREDITS

10.1 REFUNDS

We will only lodge a refund or travel credit with the Travel Service Provider, once we have received written confirmation from you. You accept any delays may attract additional Travel Service Provider fees subjected to their term and conditions. Your right to a refund or travel credit is subject to the terms and conditions of the Travel Service Provider.

We liaise on your behalf with the Travel Service Provider if you wish to elect a refund or travel credit option.

Where you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you the money once we have received the funds from the Travel Service Provider. The refund amount is at the discretion of the Travel Service Provider. Our service fee will be deducted from the value of the refund and the refund amount will not include credit/debit card fees or any commissions received.

Please note that the refund timeframe is approximately 60 – 90 days from the lodgement date. We as the agent are subjected to the Travel Service Provider processing timeframe.

10.2 TRAVEL CREDIT & VOUCHERS

In the event, that you select to have a travel credit/voucher issued in lieu of a refund, it may not be transferable at a later stage for any refund options at the Travel Service Provider discretion.

You will be subjected to the Travel Service Provider terms and conditions relevant to travel vouchers and credit, which will communicate to you via email.

 

11.0 FORCE MAJEURE

We as the agent and merchant will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accidents, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, natural catastrophes, government acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fires, explosions, generalized lack of availability of raw material or energy.

In the event, a force majeure event applies it will affect your booking entitlement will depend on the Travel Service Provider terms and conditions.

In the event a force majeure applies Merchant Card fees, commissions or any financial incentives charged or received from a Travel Service Provider are non-refundable.

 

12.1 SCHEDULE CHANGE

As the agent, Direct Flights has no control over the Travel Service Provider schedule, nor are we always informed of schedule changes. Therefore, you should reconfirm your booking times with the relevant Travel Service Provider between 24 and 48 hours prior to the commencement of your travel. We accept no responsibility for bookings cancelled by Travel Service Provider.

 

13.1 TRAVEL BANS

The governments of countries in conjunction with various other worldwide bodies may decide to ban certain or all travellers from entry in certain circumstances. In these instances, we will not be willing to make bookings on your behalf to travel to those countries. In the event a booking has been made to a country in respect of which a travel ban has subsequently been imposed, Direct Flights has no responsibility or liability for any loss suffered by the customer as a result.

 

14.1 OUR LIABILITY

Given we are agents selling products on behalf of the Travel Service Provider for your booking, Direct Flights does not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused by suppliers or third-party suppliers for which is beyond our control or which not preventable by us. All bookings with us are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the Travel Service Provider.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of Travel Service Providers over whom we have no direct control, an event of Force Majeure affecting you, us or a Travel Service Provider or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Under circumstances where our liability cannot be excluded and where liability may be lawfully limited, such liability is limited to the remedies required of us under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law). In particular, we disclaim any liability for any consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment or amenity. This liability clause is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

(b) Without limiting the disclaimer of liability in the previous paragraph, any obligation, Direct Flights may have to you will be suspended during the time and to the extent that we are prevented from, or delayed in, complying with that obligation by an event of Force Majeure or any other event which are beyond Direct Flights’ control.

(c) Your rights with respect to a confirmed booking affected by an event of Force Majeure will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Travel Service Provider.

(d) If any guarantees or warranties are implied by law that cannot be excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for breach of such warranties is limited to, at our option, the cost of the replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent products or services.

(e) Your Travel Service Provider liability to you and your claim against an airline may also be limited to the extent that any relevant international conventions regarding travel by air, sea and rail and which may limit the amount of compensation that can be claimed for death, injury, or delay to passengers and loss, damage and delay to luggage. You undertake and accept the responsibility to read and accept all Travel Service Providers conditions on dangerous goods and Direct Flights does not accept any liability for disclosure of the list of dangerous goods and/or your carriage of any such goods.

14.1 INDEMNIFICATION

Except to the extent caused by our fraud, negligence or wilful neglect, you agree to indemnify Webjet and any of its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by any third parties as a result of:

(a) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents referenced herein;

(b) your breach of any law or the rights of a third party; or

(c) your use of this Website.

 

15.0 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

For all special requirements, such as seating requests, special meals or disabled access, for your booking, please contact us or the Travel Service Provider directly.

 

16.0 HEALTH

You and each traveller on the booking must ensure that any health requirements and recommended precautions are relevant to your booking and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination/immunisation documentation. In some cases, failure to present required vaccination/immunisation documentation (e.g. COVID-19 vaccination proof certificate) may deny you of your booking from the Travel Service Provider or entry into a country. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor, travel medical service or specialist vaccination/immunisation clinic before commencing your travel. General health advice for the destination you wish to visit is also available from DFAT (see www.smartraveller.gov.au ).

We can assist in placing medical requests to the Travel Service Provider; however, it is subject to the Travel Service Provider in their discretion whether or not they have the capacity to accommodate your medical request. Direct Flights cannot guarantee that the medical requests will be fulfilled by the Travel Service Provider.

 

17.0 TRAVEL INSURANCE

You acknowledge that Direct Flights recommend you get travel insurance to cover any medical expenses or possible losses you may incur during your travel. Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has strongly recommended travel insurance for all overseas travellers. You may purchase your travel insurance from Direct Flights through the booking process and be subjected to the travel insurer terms and conditions. Direct Flights will not be a representation for any personal circumstances and you accept that all information provided is true and current on your personal circumstances. It is your responsibility to disclose any known conditions to the best of your knowledge for the appropriate insurance cover. Direct Flights will not be responsible for any inaccurate disclosures which will thereby deem the travel insurance cover not valid.

 

18.0 FREQUENT FLYER

You are responsible to inform Direct Flights if you are seeking to include frequent flyer membership details in your booking (or other applicable loyalty program details. Please check your frequent flyer program (or other applicable loyalty programs) for the specific terms of your membership. We cannot guarantee that the Travel Service Provider will credit you with points for your booking.

 

19.0 PRIVACY POLICY

We agree to handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available online at https://www.directflights.com.au/privacy-policy By providing personal information to us, you agree that our Privacy Policy will apply to how we handle your personal information and you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. In particular, you agree that in certain circumstances (such as where you request us to book international travel for you), we are permitted to disclose your personal information to overseas recipients, government or local authorities to comply with any regulations which Direct Flights might be compelled under. These Travel Service Providers will in most cases receive your personal information in the country in which they will provide the services to you or in which their business is based.

We may also disclose your personal information to our overseas related entities and to service providers who perform services for us within and outside of Australia. Generally, we will only disclose your personal information to these persons in connection with the facilitation of your travel booking and/or to enable the performance of administrative and technical services by them on our behalf. Where we disclose your personal information to any person (including any overseas recipients), you agree that we will not be required to ensure that person’s compliance with Australian privacy laws or otherwise be accountable for how they handle your personal information. When used above, “disclose” includes transferring, sharing, sending, or otherwise making available or accessible to another person or entity.

 

20.0 GOVERNING LAW

If any dispute arises between you and us, the laws of Australia will apply. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court of New South Wales and courts of appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning these terms.

 

21.0 DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Direct Flights” means any business of Mega Holidays Pty Ltd (ABN 50 160 646 480) trading as Direct Flights

“We”, “our” and “us” means Mega Holidays Pty Ltd (ABN 50 160 646 480) trading as Direct Flights

“You” and “traveller/s” means a person who makes a visit to our website or makes (either directly or indirectly through another person) a booking for a travel product through the use of our website.

“Booking & Advisory Service” means services provided by us to you in assisting you to acquire a travel product/service from a Travel Service Provider and includes advisory and consulting services, making this website and any software associated with it available to you, providing a facility to enter into transactions with us and Travel Service Providers.

“Force Majeure” means acts of God, accidents, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, natural catastrophes, government acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fires, explosions, generalized lack of availability of raw material or energy

“No Show” when a traveller/s fails to show up for check-in, use and/or cancel their booking

“Travel Documents” means any document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a Supplier, including (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel and tour vouchers.

“Travel Product/Service” means the service or product provided by the Travel Service Provider

“Travel Service Providers” means the company or person who provides the travellers with the travel product on terms and conditions agreed with you.

“Unavoidable or Extraordinary Circumstances” circumstances that materially affect the Travel Service Providers being able to offer the travel product and/or service

“Website” means the website located at www.directflights.com.au https://www.directflights.com.au/

CHECK BOX: By checking this box, you and any travellers on the booking confirmation that you have read and agree to Direct Flights Terms and Conditions. If the booking is subjected to any Travel Service Providers you hereby are aware of any separate Term and Conditions.
